We understand, changes in circumstances happen and irrespective of the reason; please be rest assured that you can return your hamper/gift to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the hamper is unopened and is in its original condition. Once we are in receipt of your return, we will inspect the product(s) and take the appropriate action from there.

You can cancel your order using our customer contact page up to 48 hours before the point of despatch. Please ensure to quote your order number so we can locate your order; unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order beyond the 48 hours point.
