Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. These include custom or personalized products, personal care goods such as soaps and bath bombs, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
