All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and we kindly ask that you allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Hampers are shipped using Royal Mail or Yodel Express at a cost of £6, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days. Royal Mail or Yodel Standard delivery is free, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Please note that single items or trio sets purchased from our website may have a delivery charge separate from the product price.

We always aim to communicate any potential service interruptions as quickly as possible. If such delays occur, we will update customers through our website or by email.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier first before reaching out to Compact With Love.
